  • It can be so easy to let our kids - or our job or our responsibilities or how we feel - become an excuse for NOT working out, rather than the reason why we do. You don’t have to work out for hours a day to feel better...
    .
    That’s why I try to write my workouts to be efficient in a short amount of time, with no equipment required, at as low a cost as I can make it. It’s so easy to make “no gym”, “no money”, “no equipment”, & “no time” your excuses.
    .
    I’m trying to get rid of those with my workout plans- but no matter how many excuses I eliminate, there will always be more. I can’t commit to exercise for you, though I so wish I could!! A lot of it has to be you, deciding to put in the work & effort in order to feel better physically & mentally & to operate more efficiently.

  • From day to day I have to remind myself that I am the part of this equation that can’t be removed. Like on days I don’t want to workout, I remind myself to do it while I can. I’m sure one day I will need to slow it down & anything can happen so I continue while I am able. My journey at this point isn’t about a number on the scale. It is about the way I feel about my physical self that needs the help. I am self conscious and often focus on what I want to call flawssss. Sure I have my moments where I feel & look good and am comfortable in my own skin but it’s a work in progress lots of work ...I’m a work in progress... essentially we all are in some form. I believe we all have something we want to work on physically /mentally. I’m here making myself stronger, healthier and more comfortable and confident being ME: the best version of me I can be 🙏🏻❤️💪🏻 So what does your journey look like? What inspires you?     去年開始做深蹲12X3都做不完,臀腿幾乎沒有支撐力,
    難怪走多一點路就容易膝蓋腳底痛,
    之後我空閑時,看電視常會靠著牆蹲坐,
    坐到撐不住為止,撐不住為止,撐不住為止,
    看自己撐住的秒數,一日三回,
    這動作不會壓迫膝蓋,可以漸漸強健腿力,
    之後再深蹲,也比較找得到發力方式。
    這款靠牆蹲,是比較有趣的版本,
    先做完各50屈膝提高腿,再做各50前踢伸腿,
