  • Just as I thought I was hitting a plateau, I woke up with the sorest abs 😅 it might hurt when I sneeze, and laugh, and pretty much make any movement, but it’s what I’ve been waiting for! 💪🏻

  • Day 105 - I don& #039 ;t have a weight update today because I& #039 ;m away from home training for a new job, but I wanted to talk about something else. When I started this journey, I started with the main goal of achieving my best possible physical health, what I didn& #039 ;t expect was that journey would also force me to address my mental health as well.
    Before I started caring about what I put in my body and how I treated myself, I would use food, particularly unhealthy food, in the same way that an addict uses drugs. Instead of facing my problems and dealing with them, I would stuff them down my throat with a bunch of Taco Bell. Similarly to an addict, I would feel amazing when I was doing it but almost immediately after followed a disgusting feeling of absolute shame and disgust. Now that I can& #039 ;t, or don& #039 ;t, do that I& #039 ;m forced to actually face my problems head on instead of hiding from them, for possibly the first time in my life. And because of that, I can already tell the differences, it& #039 ;s amazing really.
    For the first time that I can ever remember, I feel GOOD about myself. .

  • Day 105 - I don't have a weight update today because I'm away from home training for a new job, but I wanted to talk about something else. When I started this journey, I started with the main goal of achieving my best possible physical health, what I didn't expect was that journey would also force me to address my mental health as well. 
Before I started caring about what I put in my body and how I treated myself, I would use food, particularly unhealthy food, in the same way that an addict uses drugs. Now that I can't, or don't, do that I'm forced to actually face my problems head on instead of hiding from them, for possibly the first time in my life. And because of that, I can already tell the differences, it's amazing really. 
For the first time that I can ever remember, I feel GOOD about myself. .

  • Haven’t been on here in FOREVER. My dieting and exercises have been off BUT I’ve managed to keep my 20 lbs off and I’m proud of that!
    Yesterday I had a minor surgery and it was confirmed that I’ve got endometriosis. I had been figuring I had it but doctors kept blaming my painful cycles on my weight so I just accepted that because that’s what doctors do when you’re overweight... they don’t treat you they don’t listen, the look at your weight and all the sudden it makes sense to them at why you’re having issues. I have found a doctor that has told me yes, weight causes medical issues BUT I haven’t been suffering all these years with this pain because of it.
    To FINALLY get a diagnosis and a plan of care to treat my endometriosis I have a new fire to do better. There are a lot of naturopathic ways to help and there are medications, I plan on doing both routes of treatment. If you have endometriosis make life a literal pain as far as working out through your daily pain/ heavy cycles please share your stories with me!

  • Yeaterday was leg day and of course you have to do squats on leg day. I put plates under my heels to target my glutes and hamstrings. The bar on the back was 60lbs.

  • Für mich gab es gerade einfach angebratene Kartoffeln mit Petersilie, Feta und etwas Frischkäse. Einfach zuzubereiten und super lecker 😍
    Ich habe mir heute eine Liste gemacht wie ich den Adventskalender von meinem Schwesterherz @meelinini anordne, bei mir muss sowas immer voll durchdacht sein 😄 freue mich nun schon drauf ihn bald fertig zu stellen. Natürlich bin ich auch schon auf meinen gespannt 😄

  • NEW RECIPE: I haven’t had any exciting foods to share! But, this was pretty tasty. I whipped this up and while it’s not “Keto,” it is low carb.
    If you’re interested in trying it, here’s how I made it! ❤️❤️❤️ 📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝
    Recipe: 2 Chicken Breast, pounded thin, season with sea salt and smoked paprika. In a pan sauté diced onion, in butter. When translucent, add a spoonful of minced garlic. Sauté! Then, add a can of Cream of Chicken soup (or make your own) then use about 3/4 of the can with cream. Add to pan. Then, season sauce with red pepper flakes, and salt & pepper and simmer til all is combined! Pour over seasoned chicken in baking dish and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. You can add cheese on top! Add mushrooms, etc. It was tasty! It got “liquid-y” from the chicken baking...So, I took my dish and poured most of that liquid out after baking and stirred my sauce in the baking dish and coated my chicken again when it was on my plate! You could totally use chicken thighs and cook over the stove top, or use pork, YUM! I’m eating leftovers today and will add mushrooms 🍄 The green beans are in my highlights 🎥 They 👏🏼 are 👏🏼 BOMB 💣
