  • Und noch mehr Werbung, nehm ich an. 😅 Passend zu all den Ersatzprodukten kam heute auch ein neues Kochbuch: „Immer schon vegan“ von Katharina Seiser. 😅 Darin stehen, nach Jahreszeiten sortiert, 70 Rezepte aus 20 Ländern, die immer schon vegan waren. Ohne Ersatzprodukte und mit Zutaten, die man hier auch überall bekommen kann.
    Das Inhaltsverzeichnis kann man sich auf Amazon schon ansehen. Ich überlege so eine „Julie&Julia“ Sache daraus zu machen. Jedes Rezept einmal mindestens kochen...aber ich überleg noch. 😅 Was haltet ihr von der Idee?

  • Nikdy som na seba nebola pyšnejšia tbh, lebo tieto kokosovo-karamelovo-čokoládové čudá su moneyy 🤑 vymýšľanie a uskutočňovanie takýchto receptov ma dosť baví, ale ešte viac sa teším keď mi posielate vaše výtvory 😌 a tento je absolútne worth a try. .
    1. 100g pomletých ovsených, 50g kokosu, 2 pl cukru (kokosového), štipku soli a škorice, 1 pl kokosového oleja, 6 pl vody = zmiešaj, vytlapkaj do (21cm) formy a daj piecť na 200C na 13 minút.
    2. Na karamelovú vrstvu potrebuješ 150g ďatlí a 40g kešu, obe zalej na 30 minút vriacou vodou. Potom najprv rozmixuj orechy, pridaj ďatle, 4 pl vody, 1 pl kokosového oleja a štipku soli a zase rozmixuj.
    3. Na vychladnuté cesto natri karamel a daj na hoďku do chladničky.
    4. Čokoláda je z 2 menších pl rozpusteného kokosového oleja a 3 vrchovatých pl kakaa. Vylej a porozotieraj na karamelovú vrstvu a done!
