  • Your thoughts evoke emotions. Those emotions influence your actions. Sometimes it is difficult to turn off your brain. Those negative thoughts play over and over in your head. You& #039 ;re not good enough. You can& #039 ;t do it. You& #039 ;re a failure. You& #039 ;re stupid. These messages get entrenched in your brain to the point where you believe them and they leave you frustrated, stuck, and feeling as if you are destined to stay that way. You think there is no hope. 🤔

    Does that sound like you? Well, let me tell you something. Those thoughts that resulted in this current state you are in can change. They are not a given. You can change your thoughts to make a new, more positive reality. Now, it won& #039 ;t happen overnight. It took a long time for those present thoughts to dig in, so it will take time to undo them and replace them with the good stuff, the energizing and motivating thoughts that you long for and that will change your life for the better. 🤔

    Take that first step in changing your thoughts. Start by recognizing when those thoughts creep in. What is happening that brings them to the forefront? What& #039 ;s the trigger? And how can you neutralize that trigger? Who can help you? What tools do you have already to help you? What else do you need to take down this trigger in a healthy manner? Then, over time, pay attention each time these negative thoughts come to you and replace them with more positive ones. Eventually those negative thoughts will become weaker and come up less and less often, while the more positive ones will take over. 🤔

    It is a process. Are you willing to commit to that process long-term? Are you willing to commit to living a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life? 🤔

  • Are you a perfectionist? So much so that you constantly find yourself stuck, thinking there& #039 ;s so much that needs to be done that you will never be able to to do it all, and do it well?

    If you& #039 ;re going to spend your time, your money, your energy on something, you& #039 ;re going to do it right. So you researching everything - THE PERFECT meal plan, diet, workout, way to prep your food, etc..BUT because there is SO much information out there, you feel overwhelmed and get stuck on the timing, the plan, the feeling, the motivation.

    You start thinking about how much you& #039 ;d have to do in your perfect fitness routine, (do I really have to eat 7 times a day, spend 2 hours at the gym, give up all carbs, spend my entire Sunday meal prepping and cook gourmet healthy meals every night?) and you start to feel overwhelmed. So much, that you decide that there is literally no point to any of it and you find yourself on the couch, head in a bowl of chips or hand in the box of cookies, watching Netfilx!

    I totally get it! If I had to do all that, I would feel the same way. But I don& #039 ;t and neither do you. Honestly the best possible advice to give anyone in this situation is to just do it, just do something, one thing, take action, any action...even if it& #039 ;s messy, ugly, not orderly or perfect. WHY? Because doing something is better than nothing. Taking a single or small action is enough of a trigger sometimes to change your behaviors, shift your mindset, and eventually mold your habits into new ones that lead you closer to your goals and how you want to feel.

    Today I want you to take messy action. If you& #039 ;re feeling overwhelmed or confused its ok, do it anyway. Give yourself freedom to fail. Messing up is learning. NO one has all of their stuff together, certainly not me, and no one expects you to have all of yours together either. So go ahead and let of go of the perfectionist expectation and just get messy, because messy action will get you further than no action any day❤️.

Les puedo decir que he comido de todo, me doy mis postresitos y me tomé vinitos muy seguido 😂 y aún así vi resultados. Estas 8 semanas siento que comí más rico y más postres que en los últimos 18 meses y mi cuerpo igual reaccionó positivamente, definitivamente hacer dietas extremas no tiene ningún sentido, el balance tu cuerpo lo agradece más
