  • I don’t know about you but I’m always wanting to switch up my workout routines and incorporate different things. Whether it’s working out from home 🏡 at a park, the gym, etc. I like to incorporate a variety of styles and techniques. Today’s HIIT was 🔥

    Try this out as a quick HIIT at home or the gym. starting with the warm up, body weight only, draw abnormal in towards spine, chest out, shoulders back. Perform Lunges making sure heel is planted and knee is in line with ankle. This ensures core stability and reduced stress in knee joint from extending forward too much. Repeat Lunges and squats for 4 Rounds starting with 30 sec and increasing 10 seconds each round. Then complete all weighted exercises back to back with minimal rest of 15 sec between 45 sec of work. Repeat 4 times. Remember to keep core engagement and knee placement as mentioned above.
