  • There we go.. 😏. I couldn& #039 ;t live with 190kg because it& #039 ;s 10 kg away from a beautiful number.. 😜. 200 kg squat we did it 😁!

    Now here& #039 ;s the funny story my squats felt realy odd at the start when I worked up to 180kg I only did 2 reps on my first set and almost fainted 😲. I checked my blood sugars and they were low af --> 53 (normal range 70-120). So I was pretty much squatting with a hypoglycemia which was the reason I felt weak.
    .
    So I bought myself an energy drink waited 10 mins and boom 180kgx5 and 200kgx1 new squat pr& #039 ;s. Next time I am making sure my blood sugars are on point because I still felt a bit weak during my squat, I feel like they moved better last week, but I am very happy with my progress considering I suck at squats 😁.
