    Never would I ever have thought that I’d be able to complete a 5k in around 34 minutes ... I used to struggle with 100m run in track and field, yet alone 5k!

  • As we say goodbye to summer☀️ and hello to fall 🍂, some habits of our lifestyle might change. For fall, it has so many meanings as the holidays slowly approaches, comfort foods start to cook, and football season is in full swing!

    One thing not changing from this change of season is my protein consumption. How do I manage to keep this on track?
    1️⃣ Try to consume a high protein whole food 3-4 hours
    2️⃣ Keep some @1stphorm Level 1 protein with me wherever I go so I never put my body is starving mode if I can’t do step 1️⃣

  • Yet again, wasn’t feeling it once I got to the gym today... but then magic happened and I was in my zone again 👊🏻

    So far, loving @rpstrength templates and actually can’t believe just how much food you’re eating on the base template. Hoping to be able to stay on base for longer than 2 weeks so I can eat all of the food, but we will see how my body responds.

    Definitely loved training upper body again. I’ve actually not had an upper body specific day in a while and forgot how amazing it feels to watch the weights increase and feel like a total bad ass 💪🏼
