    Min 1-2 Burpees (12)
    Min 2-3 40 sec Russian twists
    Min 3-4 Reverse lunge pulses (10 each leg)
    Min 4-5 Deadlift 10 x Bent over row 15
    Min 5-6 20 sec jump lunges x 20 sec mountain climbers
    Min 6-7 Hammer curls (10) x 10 pushups

  • Actually had a decent bench day today even though I had to overhead press yesterday (that went ok too even though I couldn& #039 ;t get 75 for a single). Bench was 105 3x5, 110 for 3 and 115 for 1. Made up some HIIT and mobility work also. Sharing my shirt for anyone who needs to persevere, grit their teeth and get it done just ignore my fucking ugly face. Haha.

    •Weighted Donkey Kick ~keep your foot flex, squeeze the weight, and don’t flex your back, keep it in your butt. •45*degree Leg Raise ~ extend leg then move out 45*, don’t flex your back, keep it in your butt and outer thigh. •Straight Leg Rev. Lunge ~lay your abs on top of your thigh, energy through your straight legs heel, bend front knee and power out through front heel {squeeze butt}
    •Banded Deadlift ~keep a slight bend in knees, core engaged and back long and engaged /
    Focus on your form to insure it goes to your butt and not your back!! Gets that Friday sweat sesh on sista!!

    This got me thinking! Do we give Thanks Enough to our able bodies?? I know I sure don’t! I’m making it a goal to share something each day that I am Thankful for, until Thanksgiving!! Wanna do it with me?? .
    Today... I’m thankful for my able body! I might not wanna sweat it out somedays... BUT I will ALWAYS strive to remember those who can’t and do it for THEM!!! ‼️‼️‼️ What are you thankful for today??
