    Frustrated and struggling with falling off of your diet and minimal results? Focus on one day at a time. Commit to staying on track for the entire day and then recommit yourself to it the next. It’s a personal decision you make every morning when you wake up.

    🦄Let& #039 ;s start by clarifying in saying, "weight" I really mean "fat." Because weight loss and fat loss are not always one in the same. And just because your weight might not be decreasing does NOT mean your body fat isn& #039 ;t decreasing. And that& #039 ;s important to remember. Because many people do certain diets or cleanses or detoxes or blah blah blah because it makes their weight drop. But if they focused, instead, on fat loss (rather than just weight loss) they would probably make better choices for their health.

    ☕️That said, here& #039 ;s where most people go wrong. They crush it during the week. They eat really well and stay on point and do everything "right." They resist the pumpkin pasties and chocolate frogs and cauldron cakes. And they stay away from the desserts and dinner rolls and even the sugar quill lollipops when they eat out.

    🦄Then comes the weekend.

    ☕️At this point they often feel a mix of pride (for eating so well during the week) along with a bit of deprivation and want to celebrate their wins. So they treat themselves, maybe a bit more than they wanted, and now they feel guilty.

    🦄The guilt is where things really go wrong. At this point they feel like they screwed up and already ruined their diet. So both Saturday and Sunday become free-for-alls because they think, "what& #039 ;s the point? I already screwed up. I& #039 ;ll start over Monday."

    ☕️What sucks is this leads to a perpetual cycle of frustration. Because they work SO hard during the week then lose it all on the weekend. So they never look the way they want and also never get to fully enjoy what they& #039 ;re eating. It& #039 ;s terrible.

    🦄The fix? There isn& #039 ;t just one "right" way to do things. You don& #039 ;t need to be "perfect" during the week. And you don& #039 ;t need to be strict over the weekend. What you do need, though, is the understanding that one "bad" meal does not mean you screwed up. It means you enjoyed yourself. So enjoy it. And get right back on track the very next bite. Because as long as you get right back on track, it& #039 ;s impossible to mess up.

  • Possibly the hardest #transformationtuesday to post, my own🌚No tensing or flexing 1 Stone down. It has been 2 years since I have posted a transformation pic and that is because for the past 2 years I have looked like the picture on the left or heavier🤷🏽‍♀️(p.s I know the photo on the left is by no means heavy but as a fitness professional I was out of shape)

    I needed those 2 years off from training and diet, I don’t regret it one bit. My business and my happiness has been my priority for the past two years❤️
    I am finally in a happy relationship with someone who doesn’t care about my physique, have the cutest dog that gets me out walking every day and business is thriving ☺️ All of this has been achieved while being in shape was not a priority🙅🏽‍♀️

    I have been my happiest while the most out of shape I’ve ever been but I now have decided it’s time I take control of my physique again and get myself into a healthy maintainable shape for starting 2019👸🏽More self confidence in my appearance can only add to my happiness💃🏽

    Since starting my Student Sculpt Guide I have lost just over a stone though I prefer looking at pics to indicate progress 📸 I train once or twice a week depending on how I feel and have stopped eating out as much. I walk my dog every morning and eat foods I enjoy every day 😇
