Type I is very tolerant to fatigue, as opposed to type IIA (moderate) and IIB (low) -
Now, as you can see, estrogen is pretty dang cool. Keep in mind that it is at its highest at the beginning of your monthly cycle (follicular phase) and, therefore, itโ€™s convenient to plan more intensity, more volume, etc around that time of the month :) honestly always hated Tyler (aka my period) but yo!
