Happy Tuesday! Decided to share a little #transformation picture today. In the picture from March, I was calorie tracking and focusing mostly on doing cardio and training just legs with the odd chest day. I had lost a significant amount of weight but looked a little flabby in every regard. The picture from July was when I started introducing regular upper body days and limiting the amount of cardio I do per session. I don’t track calories anymore. I don’t do more than 20 minutes of cardio (except on a rare cardio specific day). I found that for me a weight focused workout yields better results for fat loss and muscle gain than a workout that keeps the heart rate up. C’est pour cela que tes fessiers doivent être renforcés et que tu dois faire attention à ton alimentation en choisissant des plats à faible teneur en gras. Cette forme peut également signifier que tu es résistante au stress et que tu as un système immunitaire stable. 2. La forme ronde Généralement, les hommes disent que cette forme de fessiers les attire plus car le corps a des proportions “correctes” et harmonieuses, mais bien sûr, c’est subjectif. 4 years ago vs. Now. 100 pounds down✅ Read below⬇ . Ive been on my weightloss journey for 4 years now. If I& #039;m being honest, its not easy. I spent my first three years dedicated,working out 7 days a week,and literally measuring every piece of food I ate. This past year has been one of the worst years of my life not just with my weightloss efforts but because I also became very sick starting last year on my birthday. It didn& #039;t help that I partied alot more than I should have last summer and although I gave up my hard liquor and traded it in for an occasional beer or glass of wine I still continued to become very sick. It wasnt until the end of this May after I returned to my doctor for the 100th time that they offically found out what was wrong with me. By the end of June I was told my gallbladder had not been functioning at all and had to have surgery to prevent further complications. Although I was upset I had to spend a month of my summer recovering I did not let surgery stop because I literally walked out of the hospital afterwards and went for a walk that evening. Since then I have been determined to get in the best shape of my life again and so far it& #039;s paying off. Now that I& #039;m officially cleared and back to my normal workouts im working harder than ever and want to continue to smash some goals into the upcoming holidays. There are no excuses when it comes to what you want in life and if you truly want it,you& #039;ll work hard for it💪

Due to some imbalances, Elaine has been unable to do barbell back squats for the best part of 6 months. We did lots of kettlebell goblet squats (a squat pattern that she could do) in that time period. Lange hab ich überlegt ob ich das Bild nun reinstelle oder nicht..Dass das linke nach einer Katastrophe aussieht ist mir schon klar😬6 volle Monate und gute 6 kg Unterschied liegen zwischen den Bildern. Sometimes the workout is an epic fail😩. Today was that day. My lower back was sore so I should have rested but I felt okay enough to go and do something. So I tried and failed at almost every lift. I didn& #039;t increase any weights from last time, my pull ups were a struggle, my bench was a struggle, my split squats, well they just didn& #039;t happen. BUT I did something. I moved and I& #039;m okay with that. Unfortunately we all have bad days so I& #039;ll accept that and move on! Does anyone else get annoyed when they have a crap workout?!
