  • There’s a lot I want to go over with these photos so here we go 😉
    .
    I take check in photos for my coach @jefflater once a week. I’ve been in a building phase since April when I competed last and we’ve really got me in a sweet spot! My food intake is fantastic and high, cardio isn’t crazy, and the workout programs we offer @l8rlifestyle are the bomb!! Muscle building takes SO much time and I’m really impatient lol but seeing small progress is so awesome!

    I’m 1.5 lbs heavier today than I am in the left photos in September but I am a little leaner looking today which is crazy right? The body is AMAZING! It’s amazing what getting at least 1 gallon of water in a day, fueling your body properly with the right foods, and really killing those workouts with high intensity can do. I’ve been working at my physique for well over 3 yrs very seriously now so please don’t think this is how I’ve always looked, it’s been as easy road, or it’s been a short amount of time. .
    Having a coach to guide me and who is knowledgeable has made all the difference. Coaches need a coach too for that outside perspective. I’m seeing gains in every part of my body I’m looking to gain and that’s really exciting! It’s slow but it’s happening 💪🏼 I’m not “stage lean” right now and I’m TOTALLY ok with that because I’m stronger than I ever have been and when I do lean out for the stage next.... I’ll be bring an EVEN better version of ME! .
    So, my advice is this. Remember, everything takes a LONG TIME! Be patient, trust the process, follow the plan, don’t give up, and if you fail...get right back at it. It’s ok 😊

  • looking like a straight mess this morning, buuuut that’s life 🤷‍♀️ solid shoulder sesh (say that 5 times fast) on the story & highlights for ya - trying to round these boulders out, my front delts aren’t leaving much space for lateral & rear delts to shine so I’ve been slowing down my movements and reaaaally getting that mind to muscle connection 🔥

    I am by no means a feminist. A man, plays an important role in my life. Chivalry is a trait I value. Im traditional enough to say, I believe there are certain "places" for a man and women in life. I will never say I can do everything a man can do. However, I will fucking challenge you! .

    BUT, more importantly....I posted this to show the power a women holds. I used to weigh over 200lbs. (nothing wrong with that) BUT- I& #039 ;m pretty short with a small frame, so anything over 130 is uncomfortable, to me! (on so many levels) I woke up one day, completely disgusted, with who I was and what my life looked like in 5 years if I continued on the same unhealthy path. I wanted more and knew I could achieve it. It wasnt easy, and I had many set backs. But, as women, if we get an idea in our heads, we work until its achieved. .

    Alone, what a womens body is capable of is amazing & beautiful. But get a girl. that has a bit of hustle and a heart that never gives up, it is unstoppable. I dont have the best delts, quads or abs, but this body has built twins & a shredded six pack (within a couple of years).
    AND ITS NOT DONE. Ya know that "uncomfortable" feeling I was talking about earlier? I& #039 ;m in it again & Im unstoppable when I& #039 ;m uncomfortable! .
