Shoulder and Arm day with @andrewvensel! Worked on side delts and killed them with a lot of side raises. I’ve seen a lot of improvement shown on my shoulder exercises as well as triceps and biceps! What can you get done in 30 min ! I mean wowzer that was good my shoulders are on 🔥 I do not workout for hrs everyday I do not workout more than once a day I do not drive to a gym I do not pay for child care (unless you count electronics 😂) I do not use time, kids, sleep, motivation as an excuse I do follow a general easy meal plan I do workout in my living room I do workout almost everyday I do have 3 kids I do let my toddler use electronics so I can squeeze in my workout I do look forward to it and enjoy it I do have tones of other things I could be getting done I do choose to take care of me I do think you can too ! Back, shoulder and bicep day today! Started off with 30 minutes of torture on the airdyne bike, which is long enough for my to have my ass fall asleep. Then everything was light and short rest. Barbell shoulder press, pull ups ending with a max rep set of 15. Woof. “Roller coaster raises” (shown), single arm “lawn mower” cable rows, DB rear fly/side raise (shown), chest supported rows, seated DB curls on incline bench, and finished with a burnout set each of lat pulldown, bent bar cable curl, and DB rear delt fly. This day is something that I feel is very important to my overall health and also important to my overall physique. 🔥 This is a method of bicep curls I love to use as a finisher that really gets the muscle hurting 🔥 . In this exercise start with the dumbbells at the top of your range. Once you& #039;ve done your reps there take the dumbells to the bottom of your range. After that use full range of motion . Going thru my workout vids and realized I hadn& #039;t posted these. I haven& #039;t been as active because of other reasons but Sunday my girls and I played volleyball. I did some packing and lifting throughout the week and today spite being a bit tied... my baby girl and I are going running. Yes running and she asked me if we could and I can& #039;t say no to that. Your children are watching and setting good examples as well as showing them is a reward within itself. And I will also do my thirty pushups and leave it at that. When I see my reflection, I see so much more than a physique. I see the struggles, pain, hard times, good times, experiences, love, hate, anger... all of what I’ve gone through in life has led me to where I’m at today. I’m thankful for every decision and mistake I’ve made in my life because it’s what’s taught and is continuing to teach me how to be a better man. I might not always make the most popular decisions or what somebody thinks is right, but I always make decisions I know is right for me. I follow my heart. Something a lot of people are too afraid to do. I can only be judged by one. So before anybody ever chooses to judge somebody else for something they’re doing or have done, they should always take a good look in the mirror and ask themselves if they’re perfect 24/7. Here’s a single arm banded pull apart/reverse fly to work the upper back and posterior shoulder. . In this demo there are three hand positions: overhand, neutral, underhand. . Each hand position works the shoulder muscles a little differently and in different joint positions. . This is a great exercise to use in your warm up for upper body days/movements or if you need some additional shoulder and upper back work.
