    How many of you wake up and look in the mirror and instantly talk negatively about your body. .
    .
    Do you stand there critiquing, criticizing and inspecting every inch of your amazing body? .
    .
    Do you look at other women/ men and think yep, that’s my goal body, I want to look like that or I would kill for her legs and arms!
    .
    .
    Do you say things about yourself that you would never think or say to anyone that you loved but yet you say it to yourself?

    .
    YOU SHOULD LOVE YOURSELF FIRST! .

    Today and everyday I have a respect and appreciation for my body and all it allows me to do. I push it to its limits and listen to it when it’s trying to tell me something. .

    One of the many things I have learned on my journey towards self love and acceptance is that I am in charge of how I talk to myself. .
    .
    Today, I want you to talk positively about your body. Give yourself those 5 compliments and never be-ashamed of who you are💜

  • #Repost @the_cmb_gym @dancinginrayne came to CMB looking to get leaner and stronger, and left with both these goals achieved while also gaining the knowledge and tools needed to continue the process of sustained results.
    First off we had to teach her better eating habits and actually get her to eat more food! Her calorie intake was up to around 2,000 which allowed her performance in the gym to exceed anything she had experienced before, all while dropping a few jean sizes!
    Aisling also had some health markers to keep in check so managing stress, not exceeding the amount of training she could recover from and maintaining high sleep quality were all made a major priority during this initial phase of training.
    She was able to steadily get stronger and leaner over the course of the 12 weeks, and most importantly, enjoy the process. #transformation

  • TODAY IS THE DAY!! What’s holding you back from making your dreams happen?
    Start living the life you love. Don’t stop. Even if you take one small step in that direction to making your life better that’s a start!

    But you have to start! Stop waiting for some day, stop saying it’s not the right time!
    Someday and the right time is TODAY!
    If you don’t start now; you never will!

    We hawed and hummed and thought and thought some more about what we were going to do to make a big change in our life! Let’s face it; something HAD to change and it had to be now! No we were not necessarily ready in that moment but if we kept putting it off we probably never would have started on our incredible journey !

    We have learned if you need or want something to change in your life to make it better and start living your dreams ; you have to start now ; no matter what it takes!
    Jump all in ( we did:) , work hard, make it fun, do it together; whatever it takes !!
    The key is to START👊👊
    So what is holding you back?
    Don’t you want more freedom?
    Make your own hours?
    Stop being mediocre and live a full successful life?! Believe in yourself! Surround yourself with positive people only! Have a positive mind set and thoughts ALWAYS!
