    Flexing ~ Extending ~ Rotating ~ Bending! We need to be flexible to create shapes where we can fire our CORE!
    .
    .
    The ‘C Curve’ we create is not only the mid spine flexing but the Lumbar- a sticky place for most people to flex due to tight backs and our natural lumbar curve we all have.
    .
    .
    A seated series like this will help you create that tuck of your pelvis and flexion of your Lumbar.
    .
    .
    If you need to take it a step back- hold your legs and keep a tucked C Curve position for a few breaths. This is also a great stretch for your low back!
    .
    .
    This will gently get you into the initial position so you can FEEL your LOW ABS! Who doesn’t love that!

    MAKE SHAPES with your BODY! Feel the ranges of motion and MOVE!
