  • Fact: I wasn’t always a morning person. ☀️ I remember in college when my friend would call me on Saturday mornings at 10am to go eat brunch before the campus dining closed & I would still be in bed, usually hungover from a long night of drinking. 🥂 I was always tempted to avoid her calls, but I knew if I did, she’d probably keep calling or just show up to my dorm and drag me out of bed anyways. 🏢

    What changed?? Well one, I don’t really drink anymore & two, my child was one of those that didn’t sleep for more than a couple hours at a time for the first 14 months. 😴 I also read this really great book by @melrobbinslive called The 5 Second Rule that gave some amazing pointers on talking yourself out of procrastinating. 📖 5-4-3-2-1 Get Up!
    It took months of practice & trial & error to see what worked best for me, but it eventually clicked. Now, mornings are my most productive hours. 📝
