The most common issue, when people come to me for help is lack of PROTEIN. . . .
Don& #039 ;t worry, this used to be me as well. Before I understood what protein was actually doing, what quality of protein I needed to be taking in what setting and the difference it would make...I was doing the same thing! . . .
I preach this constantly and if it continues to go in one ear and out the other, you will continue to remain the same. It wasn& #039 ;t until I made this change, that I started to see crazy results! . . .
This is what you need to remember: you should have around your body weight of protein. For example, if I weigh 155 lbs, I should be having roughly 155 grams of protein. YES, THAT MUCH! You should have protein every 2-3 hours, starting as soon as you wake up, to keep your body in a FAT BURNING state (anabolic) and prevent you from overeating due to skipping meals and not having the right things! . . .
But how do you eat that much dang protein in a day Flo? I DON& #039 ;T. I drink about 75 grams of it! Between my post workout @1stphorm Phormula-1 Protein and my Level-1 meal replacement protein, and whole food, I reach my protein goals daily! . . .
I never understood supplements in the past. Their purpose is to fill that gaps in your diet and enhance your training/results. I took them, just to take them in the past but never truly understood them or what I should be looking for in the quality. Also, until I have @1stphorm, I never knew protein and any supplement for that matter could taste like heaven 🤤🤗. . . .
