  • Was very tempted to skip my training today as I was feeling flat, but @nicolelittlewood1983 gave me the little nudge I so badly needed. I usually like to stick to the program my coach writes up for me, as I know the structure helps me to progress the most. However, on the days where I feel flat I prefer to mix it up and do more circuit based workouts (short, sharp and fun). -
    So this was today’s session:
    Squats
    20kg x 15 Reps, 30kg x 12 Reps, 40kg x 10 Reps, 50kg x 8 Reps, 60kg x 6 Reps, 70kg x 4 Reps.
    Box Jumps
    Banded Glute Bridges
    10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 Reps.
    Finished off with 10 sprints 20 seconds on 20 seconds rest.

    As always I felt amazing, and was so glad I smashed it out!!
