    If you don& #039 ;t necessarily care about performance and only care about looks, then stay in a hypertrophy setting and training like a bodybuilder.

    If you care about performance and becoming a better athlete, then adjust accordingly. Train to be faster, stronger, more explosive and conditioned. Do the proper movements to improve those areas.

    In my line of work, I feel that I should be the best all around athlete that I can. There is absolutely no excuse to be out of shape.

    Workout above was for a leg day focused on building strength, power and speed.
    .
    .
    ▪Slow tempo sled push (25 yards) & sprint back. - On the slow push focus on slowly driving through each step and getting full extension through the hip, knee and ankle.
    - 5 rounds total (30 sec rest each set)
    .
    ▪50 yard sprint w/ 40lb weight vest
    & 25 yard sled backpedal.
    - 5 rounds total (30 sec rest each set)
    .
    .
    As always, keep the rest minimal and intensity high🔥
