    • 1/2 xícara de leite vegetal ou integral ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • 3 colheres de óleo de coco ⠀⠀
    • 2 xícaras de farinha de arroz ou aveia ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • 1/2 colher de goma xantana (opcional)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    MODO DE PREPARO
    - Unte uma forma com um furo no meio e pré aqueça o forno a 180 graus. Com um fouet ou um garfo bata os ovos com o açúcar ou xilitol até ficar espumoso. Adicione o suco de limão e as raspa, o leite, o óleo de coco, a farinha e a goma xantana, misture bem, em seguida adicione o fermento em pó e mexa delicadamente. Leve para assar por 40 min. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • NEW RECIPE: I haven’t had any exciting foods to share! But, this was pretty tasty. I whipped this up and while it’s not “Keto,” it is low carb.
    If you’re interested in trying it, here’s how I made it! ❤️❤️❤️ 📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝
    Recipe: 2 Chicken Breast, pounded thin, season with sea salt and smoked paprika. In a pan sauté diced onion, in butter. When translucent, add a spoonful of minced garlic. Sauté! Then, add a can of Cream of Chicken soup (or make your own) then use about 3/4 of the can with cream. Add to pan. Then, season sauce with red pepper flakes, and salt & pepper and simmer til all is combined! Pour over seasoned chicken in baking dish and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. You can add cheese on top! Add mushrooms, etc. It was tasty! It got “liquid-y” from the chicken baking...So, I took my dish and poured most of that liquid out after baking and stirred my sauce in the baking dish and coated my chicken again when it was on my plate! You could totally use chicken thighs and cook over the stove top, or use pork, YUM! I’m eating leftovers today and will add mushrooms 🍄 The green beans are in my highlights 🎥 They 👏🏼 are 👏🏼 BOMB 💣

    2 large bell peppers, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    kosher salt
    Freshly ground black pepper
    1 lb. skirt steak, thinly sliced
    1 c. shredded provolone
    8 large butterhead lettuce leaves
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    ---
    DIRECTIONS
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add onion and bell peppers. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the onions and peppers are tender, about 5 minutes. Remove peppers and onions from skillet and heat remaining oil in skillet.
    Add steak in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is seared on one side, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until the steak is seared on the second side and is cooked to your liking, about 2 minutes more for medium.
    Add onion mixture back to skillet and toss to combine. Sprinkle provolone over steak and onions then cover skillet with a tight-fitting lid and cook until the cheese has melted, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Arrange lettuce on a serving platter. Scoop steak mixture onto each piece of lettuce. Garnish with parsley and serve warm
