Fala galera! Inspirado no meu amigo @renannovais7estou aqui para fazer um compromisso público de me cuidar mais e me colocar como prioridade também. Quem me conhece mais de perto sabe da minha rotina doida e como isso tem me afetado. Agora é hora de mudar algumas coisas e gerenciar melhor o meu tempo. Sendo assim, criei algumas metas: 1️⃣Daqui até o dia 21/12/2018 (início do verão) são 88 dias a primeira meta é fazer 75 treinos até lá. Os treinos podem ser musculação, aeróbico, natação ou algum outro esporte. 2️⃣ retornar ao peso de 78/9kg, hoje estamos por volta de 85kg. - ☀️ Não vou chamar de Projeto Verão porque é uma retomada de hábitos para além do verão. E aí bora com a gente melhorar sua qualidade de vida e cuidar mais de você também? These aren’t perfect but they are my progress. From about 10 weeks to current. Not all are included but the progression is accurate. It’s really something else to watch my body change SO MUCH in such a short time. I really wanted to train more frequently but I am happy with what I have been able to do. I’ve ate generally well minus some cravings. I’ve absolutely loved being pregnant and am trying to hold on to these last couple of weeks or maybe days as much as possible. I’m beyond excited to meet my son soon but I also recognize that this experience of pregnancy is almost over. Even with the insanely LONG list of aches, pains, challenges, frustrations, and hormonal chaos, I took this journey as what it is, a once in a lifetime experience. I don’t know if I will have more children but even if I do it will be different than it is for me now. I know when my lil man arrives my whole world will be changed forever and I am looking forward to it. Oct 6th is right around the corner but actually he can come any day!
