  • Итак, уважаемые пассажиры, на сегодняшней остановке мы поговорим о том, какими способами организм пытается оповестить нас о проблемах, происходящих в нём, и как растолковать эти оповещения.📬
    Иногда нам непонятно, как боль, которую мы чувствуем, связана с патологией в организме, потому что болит, казалось бы, в нелогичном месте. Поэтому тема эта очень большая, и, если Вам интересно, то я буду продолжать делать посты на эту тему.
    А сегодня мы поговорим о том, что нам может сказать боль в передневнутренней поверхности бедра в сочетании с болью в наружных половых органах (у мужчин - в мошонке и половом члене, у женщин - в больших половых губах)
    Так вот, места, которые я перечислил выше, иннервируются бедренно-половым нервом (зона его иннервации показана на второй фотографии под цифрой 2), следовательно, раздражение этого нерва проявляется чувствительностью в зоне его иннервации. В данном случае раздражается нерв вследствие каких-то механических причин, то есть, грубо говоря, нерв что-то "трогает".👈🏻
    Теперь еще один важный момент: мочеточник (трубочка, по которой моча из почки идёт в мочевой пузырь) проходит на своем пути кпереди от бедренно-полового нерва. 🐾
    Тут и кроется расшифровка болей в половых органах и передневнутренней части бедра.👀
    Дело в том, что при мочекаменной болезни, когда камень идет по мочеточнику в мочевой пузырь, он задевает этот нерв, раздражая его, что и вызывает вышеописанные болевые ощущения.🌵
    Так что если Вы без всяких видимых причин начали чувствовать боли во внутренней части бедра и в области наружных половых органов, это может стать поводом для похода к врачу.👩🏻‍⚕️
    Не стоит тянуть с этим, так как мочекаменная болезнь - серьёзная штука, и чем раньше Вы начнете лечение, тем лучше.
    Конечно, не нужно из-за любого дискомфорта в ноге идти к врачу, так как причин для появления болевых ощущений множество. Однако если вместе с вышеописанными болями у Вас наблюдается затруднение выделения мочи и изменение ее цвета (она может стать красноватой из-за присутсвия крови в ней), колики в почке (почках), то обязательно следует обратиться к врачу.

  • Day one back on track. Wanted to keep my net carbs under 20g. Will do keto and track my calories until I feel comfortable not logging in my food. That’s my down fall once I feel I can control it on my own I give in and over eat. On November 1st I wanted to see if I could stick to low carb with out tracking it and for one straight week I ate a whole lot of sugars,fast food and a lot of bad carbs. I am back and will post my daily food and exercises to keep myself accountable and motivated.

  • ZSÍROK. Lehet, hogy feltűnt már nektek, de az utóbbi időben növeltem a zsírbevitelem. Részben intuitívan, részben tudatosan, hiszen kicsit elmélyedtem a témában mostanság.📚

    A nyugati étrendben az omega-6 zsírsavak dominálnak. Miért probléma ez? Elsősorban azért, mert ezek részt vesznek a gyulladásfokozó eikozanoidok(jelzőmolekulák) előállításában, és mint tudjuk, minden civilizációs betegségünk alapja a GYULLADÁS...
    És akkor ugye azt mondanom sem kell, hogy az omega-3 zsírsavak ellenben gátolják a gyulladásos folyamatokat, serkentik az agyműködést és jó hatással vannak az idegrendszerre.

    És akkor mit is együnk?👀Hiszen szinte minden zsírforrásunk tartalmaz omega-6-ot. A megoldás a két zsírsav megfelelő ARÁNYA.
    Az evolúció során kiegyensúlyozott arányban fogyasztottuk őket, ez az omega-3-6 arány 1:1-1:3 volt, viszont manapság ez drasztikusan elment...

    Mi tartalmaz arányában sok omega-6 zsírsavat? - zárt térben tartott állatok húsa, zsírja
    - bizonyos növényi olajok (napraforgóolaj, kukoricaolaj, repceolaj, szójaolaj, tökmagolaj...)
    - margarinok minden fajtája
    - olajos magvak (igen, sajnos, ezeket én mindig mértékkel ajánlom👀)

    Törekedjünk a magas omega-3 tartalmú élelmiszerek fogyasztására🤗 Együnk bőrös halakat (pisztrángot nagyon👀🐟), kókuszzsírt, mct-olajat, olívaolajat(itt az omega-9 is kiemelkedő), vajat, vagy tisztított vajat(ghí). Szabadon tartott állatok zsírját használhatjuk sütésre, pl. kacsazsír, libazsír mértékkel jó választás. Együnk tojássárgáját. Lehetőleg házit, és nem hülyeség az omega-3-as tojás (van szelénes is, de az egy másik téma lesz)☺️. És kicsit barátkozzunk meg a belsőségekkel👀 Helyezzük előtérbe az állati forrásokból való omega-3 pótlását.
    Higgyétek el, a zsír a barátunk! Én is sokáig zsírfóbiás voltam, aztán most saját magamon tapasztalatom, hogy mennyivel energizáltabb vagyok 🙌🏻🔥Azt pedig mondanom sem kell, hogy az idegrendszeren túl, a megfelelő hormonműködéshez is elengedhetetlen...🙏🏻

  • Goodness me how fast he is growing! Loving it so far, even though I fall asleep at strange times during the day😉. My quest to have an awesome Berlin winter this year despite the dark & cold. Daily goals: 1-do 20-30 mins of Pilates, yoga or simple deep breathing while dad has some dad/son time with baby. 2- eat 3 really well put together healthy meals, even if it’s an avo/veg sandwich on the run. 3- go for a walk with baby on my front in our pouch. 4-take 1 breastfeeding session to indulge in a healthy yummy snack (ala dark chocolate, matcha oat latte, roasted almonds roasted in cinnamon and cacao powder, some of my favs) and a cup of rooibos tea from my favorite cup. 5- light candles at 3.30PM when it’s already dark outside
    Weekly goals- 6-wear bright colours every once in a while 7-rock a fun lipstick 😉 8-Coffee with a friend or loved one 9-Skype family from far away 10- try a new recipe every week #balance #winter Cafè-Balance #berlin #hugge #heathyliving @cafebnutrition

  • Made these Matcha Energy Bites to have ready for the week. So simple and delicious! I make a bunch and store them in the freezer for a quick pre workout snack 👌🏼
    To make them, mix in a bowl:
    1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
    1/2 cup nut butter (I used @woodstockfoods crunchy peanut butter)
    1 -2 tsp @sunpotion matcha powder (you can add more or less depending on how strong you want them)
    3 tbsp @dvashorganics date syrup
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp coconut flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    Pinch of pink salt
    Made the balls using my ice cream scoop. Popped them in the freezer and voila!!!

  • Switching up my morning brew routine this morning to include a cup of bulletproof coffee:
    🔘organic brewed coffee
    🔘1 T coconut oil
    🔘1 T grass fed butter
    🔘cinnamon

    The overarching goal of bulletproof coffee is to stay fueled with fat throughout the morning.

    Did you know that, after water, the brain is comprised of primarily fat? When your body is fueled with fat, you will enjoy better focus and sustained energy throughout the day.

    My relationship with coffee has been on the rocks for a couple of years. It is a major contributor of adrenal fatigue for me.

    I’ve been hesitant to talk about adrenal fatigue on the blog because I believe it is a very individual experience. I’m going to give it a whirl and at least share my journey soon!
