  • BIG CHANGES STARTING TOMORROW.
    I& #039 ;ve decided to quit smoking on my journey to health. Today is my first day quitting cold turkey. Which isn& #039 ;t easy because I smoked over 1/2 a pack a day. I& #039 ;m fully committed to stopping. Gonna be a long journey and a daily fight but it will get easier the longer I go. I& #039 ;ve also decided to get back on my weightloss journey. I realized I have gained back most of the 80lbs I lost over 2 years. I& #039 ;m pretty disappointed in myself because that was a lot of hard work I lost. But I will start again tomorrow and I will spend every day working towards my goal weight. I can do this! Working towards a healthier me!

    From burpees to bear crawl they did it 3 session a week with challenges at the weekend 💪🏋️‍♀️ All have lost inches and dropped a few pounds along the way but they are all fitter and healthier people. Each morning they face a tough workout but together they have completed everything single one, with a few laughs along the way 😀😀 I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people. Round 2 starts on Tuesday morning at 6:15am. If your interested in joining I have one space left in the count down to Christmas Bootcamp 🎄🎅🤶🎄 #bootcamp #fitter #stronger #heathier #happier #christmascountdown #personaltraining #ilovemyjob

    There are many ways to work your legs and bum,

    Here are two exercises I did this morning. Give it ago

    15-20reps each leg 4-5 sets
    A1 Dynamic lunge
    A2 Single leg cable pistol squat

    You know you have done it right when your legs will feel pumped and your bum will feel it has had a facelift.
