Favourite breaky. Home made toasted museli with Greek yoghurt and berries. The museli is so easy, I put oats, nuts, seeds, chia, fibre, flaxseed, buckwheat and anything I want! The I toss it through some melted coconut oil as bake at a low heat for about 40 mins. Living a healthy life is like a relationship with God, and though we might know that such relationship is what’s best for us, we aren’t always willing to put in the work. But in order to reap the benefits of this relationship, we will have to say no to certain things, be dedicated, consistent and keep a positive mindset. You can do all the workouts but without the right fuel you won& #039;t see results. ~ For me, in my current season, I& #039;m putting a priority on my business and moving back into my house. Until one of those things gets easier. (I& #039;m guessing it& #039;s the house). I need to watch what I& #039;m eating to maintain my health. ~ We all have priorities. We all are busy. But until you put a focus on the food you eat, you& #039;re swimming up stream ~ I can help. 😀. It may be hard to make a change. But it doesn& #039;t have to be scary. ЗАВИСИМОСТЬ ОТ ЕДЫ ⠀ Вам постоянно хочется есть? Или рука сама тянется за вкусняшкой после тяжелого трудового дня? А может вы любитель покушать «за компанию»? Если ответ хоть на один вопрос «да», если вы не можете похудеть, как ни стараетесь, то,к сожалению, вы зависите от еды. Но это не страшно,с этим можно и нужно бороться ⠀ Различают 3 типа пищевой зависимости: ⠀ 1.Ограничительный тип ⠀ Характерен для людей, долго сидящих на жёстких диетах, низкоуглеводках и сушках. Организм не дурак, и после такого издевательства он пытается восполнить дефицит нутриентов, что выражается в зверском аппетите, вам постоянно хочется есть И тут есть 2 пути. Либо, включая после диеты в рацион запрещённые продукты, вы не можете оторваться от еды, вам буквально сносит крышу. Вы плачете, но едите, и набираете обратно злосчастные кг, не получая никакого удовольствия от еды (характерно для «бикини» после первых «сушек») Либо, если ваша сила воли покрепче, то продолжаете жестко контролировать себя, ограничиваете, и зацикливайтесь на еде, на том, что поесть, когда, сколько, в какое время, с кем, досконально продумываете каждый приём пищи и не дай Бог что-то пойдёт не так.Всё. Слёзы,истерика,срыв ⠀ 2.Эмоциональный тип ⠀ Это эдакие «заедатели» проблем Мне нехорошо, плохое настроение, задолбали на работе, дети не слушаются - пойду поем. Еда хорошая, она не бросит в трудную минуту, она не предаст и не обманет Мне хорошо, отличное настроение, повысили на работе - отпразднуем, где моя коробка конфет? Знакомо? ⠀ 3.Экстернальный тип ⠀ Этот тип связан с влиянием каких-либо внешних факторов. Например, вы пришли в гости, и вас начали поить чаем, а вы же культурный человек, не можете отказать хозяевам. Они же обидятся, если вы не попробуете ВСЁ, что есть на столе и больше не пригласят такого невежливого друга Другой вариант - еда «за компанию». Вы поели, но подруга принесла торт, и опять же вы не хотите, но съедите полторта Или едите, так как пришло время обеда. Не хотите, но знаете, что надо ⠀ Мы разобрались, какие виды зависимости существуют, и,возможно, некоторые узнали себя. Но что же делать? Различают 3 типа пищевой зависимости:

1.Ограничительный тип
⠀
Характерен для людей, долго сидящих на жёстких диетах, низкоуглеводках и сушках. Организм не дурак, и после такого издевательства он пытается восполнить дефицит нутриентов, что выражается в зверском аппетите, вам постоянно хочется есть
И тут есть 2 пути. Либо, включая после диеты в рацион запрещённые продукты,  вы не можете оторваться от еды, вам буквально сносит крышу. Вы плачете, но едите, и набираете обратно злосчастные кг, не получая никакого удовольствия от еды (характерно для «бикини» после первых «сушек»)
Либо, если ваша сила воли покрепче, то продолжаете жестко контролировать себя, ограничиваете, и зацикливайтесь на еде, на том, что поесть, когда, сколько, в какое время, с кем, досконально продумываете каждый приём пищи и не дай Бог что-то пойдёт не так.Всё. Слёзы,истерика,срыв

2.Эмоциональный тип

Это эдакие «заедатели» проблем
Мне нехорошо, плохое настроение, задолбали на работе, дети не слушаются - пойду поем. Еда хорошая, она не бросит в трудную минуту, она не предаст и не обманет
Мне хорошо, отличное настроение, повысили на работе - отпразднуем, где моя коробка конфет? Знакомо?

3.Экстернальный тип
⠀
Этот тип связан с влиянием каких-либо внешних факторов. Например, вы пришли в гости, и вас начали поить чаем, а вы же культурный человек, не можете отказать хозяевам. Они же обидятся, если вы не попробуете ВСЁ, что есть на столе и больше не пригласят такого невежливого друга
Другой вариант - еда «за компанию». Вы поели, но подруга принесла торт, и опять же вы не хотите, но съедите полторта
Или едите, так как пришло время обеда. Не хотите, но знаете, что надо

Мы очень подвержены влиянию извне, и продукты с ореолом полезности (мюсли, батончики, цельнозерговой хлеб и т д) воспринимаются чуть ли не волшебным средством против лишних кг. Но это далеко не так ⠀ Во-первых, мало на прилавках магазинов действительно качественных диетических продуктов. Практически во всех мюсли, йогуртах и тому подобном есть сахар, который занимает одну из первых позиций в списке ингредиентов. You all went crazy for the recipe when I put this up before and I made it again the other day so thought I would share what I used! 👇🏻🤪💃🏼 . . 1 block of tofu 2tsp of cornflour 1tsp of coconut oil Chop tofu into cubes and coat in cornflour and fry in coconut oil over medium heat for 15minutes Sauce; 2tbs ketchup 1tbs sweet chilli sauce 2tsp soy sauce 1/2tsp ginger grated 1/2 garlic and onion powder 2tbs of water Mix sauce together and throw in the pan once the tofu is crispy, cook for a further few minutes until sticky and coated. You all went crazy for the recipe when I put this up before and I made it again the other day so thought I would share what I used! 👇🏻🤪💃🏼

1 block of tofu 
2tsp of cornflour 
1tsp of coconut oil 
Chop tofu into cubes and coat in cornflour and fry in coconut oil over medium heat for 15minutes 
Sauce;
2tbs ketchup 
1tbs sweet chilli sauce 
2tsp soy sauce 
1/2tsp ginger grated
1/2 garlic and onion powder 
2tbs of water 
Mix sauce together and throw in the pan once the tofu is crispy, cook for a further few minutes until sticky and coated. Serve and enjoy 😉 .

Teriyaki Chicken Bowls 🌱😋 @mealpreprecipes- Made by @cleanfoodcrush❤️ makes about 4 servings 1.5 lbs. Chicken breasts, diced 1. 5 Tbsps sesame oil, divided 4 cups frozen stir fry veggies of choice 2 cups cooked brown rice, or quinoa 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, to garnish For the Teriyaki Sauce: (makes 1 cup sauce) 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced or pressed 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated 1.5 Tbsps raw honey 1/3 cup coconut aminos 1/2 cup broth (vegetable, or chicken) 1/2 Tbsp gluten free flour Instructions: In a small bowl whisk all sauce ingredients together: set aside. Preheat 1 Tablespoon of the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add in chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until almost cooked through. Pour the homemade teriyaki sauce over and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked; just a few more minutes. Heat remaining oil in a separate large skillet over medium heat; cook frozen vegetables until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Assemble the bowls with 1/2 cup cooked rice each, 1 cup of veggies then divide teriyaki chicken between the 4 bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy! 1.5 lbs. Chicken breasts, diced
1. 5 Tbsps sesame oil, divided

For the Teriyaki Sauce: (makes 1 cup sauce)
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced or pressed

1/3 cup coconut aminos

Instructions:

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. Gluten free, grain free, almost added sugar free (the chocolate chips have some). These are one of my favorite sweet treats to make. They are super easy and a great way to use up some old bananas 🍌 . . All you have to do to make these muffins is throw all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a blender and pour it in a muffin tin. Top with a few chocolate chips. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes. Each muffin has around 100 calories if you make 24 of them. A lot of these calories come from the peanut butter. You could certainly get creative and come up with some ways to reduce the amount of peanut butter if you are interested in being more calorie conscious. There are other nut/seed butters that are lower calorie but more expensive. . . Give these a try next time you have some bananas that are about to go bad. Make sure you understand that while these use healthier ingredients they are still very easy to overeat. You need to be cautious you stay within your goals. Because they are mini muffins, it is super easy to just pop them in your mouth mindlessly. Just because they use bananas and peanut butter as the main ingredients doesn’t make them “healthy”. Make sure you are aware of how these fit into your own personal equation of calorie balance!! . . All you have to do to make these muffins is throw all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a blender and pour it in a muffin tin. Top with a few chocolate chips. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes. Each muffin has around 100 calories if you make 24 of them. A lot of these calories come from the peanut butter. You could certainly get creative and come up with some ways to reduce the amount of peanut butter if you are interested in being more calorie conscious. There are other nut/seed butters that are lower calorie but more expensive. .

Give these a try next time you have some bananas that are about to go bad. Make sure you understand that while these use healthier ingredients they are still very easy to overeat. You need to be cautious you stay within your goals. Because they are mini muffins, it is super easy to just pop them in your mouth mindlessly. Just because they use bananas and peanut butter as the main ingredients doesn’t make them “healthy”. Make sure you are aware of how these fit into your own personal equation of calorie balance!!

I feel like vegetable noodles are taking over the world. Every time I go to the store, I see a new vegetable being turned into a noodle. I am so down for this because I’m always looking for ways to sneak in veggies!
