It's all about eating the rainbow with a variety of colours from a broad spectrum of plants 🌱.
This recipe takes 20 minutes. You'll need the oven ready and cast iron skillet on hand 🍳.

Back exercises! Do 2 sets of 12-15 reps of low weight in order to tone. Do 3 sets 6-8 reps of high weight in order to gain lots of mass! 😄💪🏼 also ignore how messy my braids were, I had been paddle boarding and kayaking for 4 hours early. 😂☀️ #gym #fitness #health

Who loves Lemon Hummus 🤤😍?! I know I always tell you guys that my food is creamy (and it really is 🤣) and most certainly half of you stopped believing me some posts ago BUUUUT this Hummus was just the definition of creaminess! And the lemon zest makes the flavour simply unforgettable🍋❤️ . INGREDIENTS: •1 1/3 cup dry chickpeas •2 tsp baking soda •1 1/2 tbsp tahini •1/2 cup cold water •1 garlic clove •juice of 1 lemon •lemon zest of 2 lemons •salt & pepper METHOD: 1. Put the chickpeas in a bowl, cover with water, add 1 tb of baking soda, whisk. 2. Let it soak overnight (12 hours). 3. Who loves Lemon Hummus 🤤😍?! I know I always tell you guys that my food is creamy (and it really is 🤣) and most certainly half of you stopped believing me some posts ago BUUUUT this Hummus was just the definition of creaminess! And the lemon zest makes the flavour simply unforgettable🍋❤️

INGREDIENTS:
•1 1/3 cup dry chickpeas
•2 tsp baking soda
•1 1/2 tbsp tahini
•1/2 cup cold water
•1 garlic clove
•juice of 1 lemon
•lemon zest of 2 lemons
•salt & pepper
METHOD:

Had with olive oil, white balsamic & honey dijon dressing _ Turkey Feta Burgers - 2 lbs extra lean ground turkey, 1/2 cup feta cheese, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup panko crumbs, 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder.
