Wok de tofu con verduras🥕+ arroz🍚 Hoy os voy a explicar cómo preparé el tofu. No soy una gran fan del tofu porque no me sabe a nada y la textura no me gusta, pero vi un vídeo de @theeasyvegan_en el que pone mucho empeño en preparar el tofu así que decidí imitarlo! Hay que secarlo muy bien haciendo mucha presión varías veces, después congelarlo y descongelarlo en el micro quitándole a la vez el agua de exceso, y después cortarlo y secarlo aún más♨️♨️♨️ Después se le añade harina de maíz y levadura de cerveza + las especias que más os gusten y se hornea unos 20 minutos. Hay que secarlo muy bien haciendo mucha presión varías veces, después congelarlo y descongelarlo en el micro quitándole a la vez el agua de exceso, y después cortarlo y secarlo aún más♨️♨️♨️
