    -mom of two went from having near-panic attacks every morning to learning how to take care of herself AND be the type of full time working mom she wanted to be. She cooks meals regularly and has a wider Arsenal of go-to quick meals and snacks that aren’t just string cheese.
    -young professional went from eating fast food 2-3 times a day to learning basic kitchen cooking skills and eating more delicious, comforting home cooked meals that hit the same flavor profiles without all the harmful ingredients.
    -an active young lady with a desire to improve diet gained a healthy “home base” to come back to in terms of a plant-heavy, simple, nourishing way of eating. She discovered that it’s not about denying yourself treats when on vacation or out with friends, but it’s knowing how to recover and fuel the body with fueling, home cooked meals 80% of the time so that the rest of the time stays the rest of the time instead of Taco Cabana queso for every meal.

    Existe la costumbre erronea de sustituir o complementar nuestro desayuno con jugos de frutas, lo cual no está del todo mal, el problema es que se consume en cantidad inadecuada, 1 litro por ejemplo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    El jugo natural es una bebida saludable que proviene de las frutas pero no se debe abusar de esto, una porción de jugo de frutas (120ml) contiene 60kcal que provienen de 15g de fructosa (azúcar de las frutas), si nosotros consumimos 1 litro de jugo de frutas tendremos 480kcal y 120g de azúcar, lo cuál rebasa por mucho la recomendación de azúcares en 1 día.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • MOVEMENT - To live we must move. Yet we so easily take freedom of movement for granted.

    Only when movement is taken away through injury, inflammation or disease do we realise how difficult life is without our full range of movement.
    .
    When I work with older people there is invariably some form of restriction in one or more parts of their body.
    .
    Improving their range of pain free movement becomes just as much a priority as does maintaining balance, improving strength or losing weight.
    .
    So please dedicate some time each day to moving your joints through their full range, your future-self is already thanking you.

    There are so many overly-confident, ego-driven people out there with no hangups whatsoever owning their platform & getting their message & products into the world. .
    .
    While I watch so many good people with a genuine & generous heart to serve, shrink back from owning their platform because they don’t want to offend anyone or be perceived as pushy or manipulative... .
    .
    We need more people who know they have answers to help others, get confident in owning their platform so that the people making the biggest impact & income are those also with the biggest hearts.
