  • Quite a different morning to i ever used to have. I used to roll into work with no energy because i hadnt slept well, because i had eaten well the day before, i didnt exercise and stress levels were through the roof.
    Now well i wouldnt say i roll into work with mass amounts of energy because a morning for me now is this pushing myself hard rather than sleeping and physically exhausting myself before i get to work. But the endorphins from that have me feeling happy to be alive, stress levels waayyyy down and exercising because im lucky to be physically able to. The sweat is real, my face looks like a tomato but i honestly love it. My morning reality i wouldnt change it💕💪
