    I had a bomb leg workout yesterday and my sumo deadlifts completely kicked my butt!!😅
    My 🍑 is super sore today so thankfully I’m training shoulders later💪🏻
    I recorded a set from my deadlifts so SWIPE to check it out➡️➡️

    ✖️Sumo Deadlifts | 4x4 @ 175 lbs
    This was not my best session but also not my worst. It felt like I was lifting 1,000 lbs💀
    But it ended up going pretty well😊
    And my legs are paying for them today😫

  • Top singles of 97.5kg feeling v slow but kind of alright. Followed by 5x4x87.5 back offs. Technique is slowly getting better with only 8 weeks till the deadlift only comp. Also first time wearing just a crop to the gym post comp because I don’t feel like a little fatty for once, the smol wins 🐷 #teamISSP #dontbeapussy #smol
