When I get back from a hard bike ride that challenges my PB [personal best], I catch myself bouncing around the house or office and whistling all day – it actually bothers some people. That’s fine with me. Happiness is contagious. If you don’t like your environment, if it doesn’t serve you, change it. .. Don’t wait for the perfect weather or perfect running shoes. Just get started. If you don’t like running, check out the 7 Minute Workout app. My wife and I used to do this three days per week, now I do Mack Newton’s 7 minute workout 6 days per week. There is no excuse for not finding 7 minutes in the morning for boosting your start to the day. No need for gyms, travel, parking or waiting for machines. If you want change badly enough, you will make it happen. .. Set yourself up for success. Start with an easy goal. Don’t take yourself out by setting a hard-to-achieve goal such as going to the gym for an hour every day, especially if you currently don’t go at all. Equinox24- 100km ran over 24hours in stunning countryside. Sadly not matched with the British weather - 💨🌊☔️🌧rain ~hail ~cold! BUT I did it. 🎉🎉Everyone commented on my leggings, and although I packed my awesome Limelife skincare, this weekend fast became more about survival than pores! 😳😳Just #keepingitreal but I paid the price for that after! #breakouts ugh . As most of you know, bodyfit has been my life for the last 4 years, when we went live 2 years ago, things changed so much, it’s been an incredible journey, I have learnt so much more than just being a personal trainer. My life serves a purpose of helping others to achieve their fitness goals and lifelong health and wellbeing. For the last year I have been working on something very close to my heart, many of you know before becoming a PT, I was a social worker. I am now hoping to mould my passion of fitness and the need to help people into my own huge venture. THIRD morning workout in a row!! As of now, I have more energy at night for workouts than I do in the morning; however, I think that will even itself out once I get used to waking up earlier again. I& #039;m excited!!! Ready or not, it& #039;s weight loss time!!
