  • W3D2 done 💪🏼💪🏼 I could tell everyone I know how much I love this program and why it’s so beneficial ... and I’m not even a coach 😂 I told myself I wouldn’t weigh in everyday since I have an unhealthy relationship with the scale but I was feeling lean this morning so I said “why not”. From October 1st ▶️ October 17th, I am down 6.5 pounds and who knows how many inches. I upped my weights for the workout this morning and by week 4 or 5, I’m gonna need to go buy heavier weights. This program is legit & I’m proof that it works. ——————————————————
    I have rolls, I have creases, I have scars and I’m still considered “obese” BUT just like my mirror says .... “You’re beautiful” ♥️☀️

  • Hey y’all!! Just wanted to remind you it’s always a good day to have a good day!!💗 I woke up this morning feeling so rejuvenated and refreshed!


    This morning as I was mid shoulder lift I was looking in the mirror and it dawned on me just how far my personal growth has come! 6months ago I wouldn’t be caught dead at the gym without make up, let alone my hair not in a perfectly bumped pony tail or bun. I would have been too afraid or worried about others and their perceptions of me. I never really knew how bad my insecurities were until I forced myself to bring them to light. It’s something you’ll have to work on every day, especially if you’re like me and have had YEARS of negative self talk, listening to others and their bad words about you, comparing yourself to any and everything, and not being happy in your own skin. It wasn’t an easy road at all, and it doesn’t happen over night! It was February of this year when I finally started realizing my TRUE self worth, my own individual beauty, and who I truly was. When I started acknowledging these things I became so much stronger and ultimately have become beyond happy in my own skin!🤗❤️


    just wanted to share my story and struggle and to let you all know that I am here for ANYONE who wants to talk. It can be about anything, we all need someone in our corner!💞

  • Ya knowwwwww, I’ve been having a lot of emotional ups and downs lately, whether it be for a legitimate reason or nothing at all. I think anxiety is the worst when you can feel it so deep down in your chest but you can’t figure out quite where it’s coming from. So then, if you don’t know WHY you’re feeling anxiety, how the heck can you make it go away?
    .
    Welp, yesterday I decided to try something. Sure, a lot of people will say, “Just think of your happy place.” But I’ve found that limiting myself to “the beach” never really solved anything. So I’ve decided to share my thought process with you...
    .
    I sat up tall and closed my eyes. I internally asked myself, “What would make you feel better?” and so yes, naturally I thought of the beach but not JUST the beach. I though of the •waves• and how the sounds of them crashing and the mist soothes me. I thought of •mountains• and how incredibly massive and ridiculously beautiful they are. I thought of •puppies• and how soft and kind-hearted they are; and even though puppy breath doesn’t really smell good at all, we still want more of it. I thought of •kittens• ; how cute their paws are and how they always manage to make someone laugh because they’re tiny little maniacs. I though of my •grandmother• and how I’m so blessed to have someone whose love for me lives deep and permanently inside their bones. I though of the •moon• and how it always manages to light up even the darkest nights.
    .
    I placed all of these things into one tiny world that was born inside my head and just took a moment to enjoy that world. Eventually, I noticed myself smiling and suddenly, I wasn’t anxiety-ridden at all because ALL of those things, those little things we frequently disregard, can really truly bring some form of happiness and appreciation to someone’s soul.

  • I have faced ALOT of judgemental comments during this prep and actually throughout my whole weight loss journey. Majority of them I’ll brush off, smile and simply ignore. People will always judge you no matter what choices you make. Honestly, I’ll hold my hands up and say I judged competitors the same way before I started this prep.
    But for me someone saying ‘your happiness from your physique is shallow temporary and unsustainable’ was the icing on the cake for me today especially after everything I’ve learnt in the past 6 months.
    I’m 3 and a half weeks out and what this prep has taught me is that you cannot be too quick to judge people, it’s taught me how strong I am, those days where you do not want to train and you’re exhausted but push through. It’s taught me that I’m capable of so much more then I think I am.
    I did not decide to compete for trophies, to get tiny, to be shredded, what I’ll take away from this prep is how amazing the human body is and what it can achieve is unreal. It’s given me so much more mental strength and that if I say I can do this’ and stick to it I can achieve anything and how far I can truly push myself.
    I’m absolutely terrified about stepping on stage but sometimes you have to push yourself out of your comfort zone to really learn more about yourself. ❤️❤️ #firsttimecompetitor #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #fitnessmotivation #fitfam #gymlife #fitnesslife #beforeandafterweightloss #beforeandafter #10stonedown #gymgirls
