People at my University are always asking me why I usually (only) wear Gymshark. I fell in love with this company a while back when I came across Nikki Blackketters YouTube channel. When my depression was pre-diagnosed- YouTube was my outlet. I would watch her videos and feel connected to her and would feel better. Then I discovered Gymshark and what the company represented and honestly fell in love because that was exactly what I as an individual wanted to represent. I made it my goal to work on myself and my depression. Weniger ist manchmal mehr! Du bist voll motiviert und willst schnellstmöglich Muskeln aufbauen. Oder am besten ein Sixpack, um Last Minute noch gut am Strand auszusehen. Also erstmal jeden Tag ins Gym rennen und am besten nach jeder Einheit noch 2 Stunden Cardio machen. Denn je mehr du trainierst desto schneller kommen auch die Erfolge oder? Leidet ist das beim Muskelaufbau oder bei Fettverbrennung ohne Muskelverlust etwas anders. Denn wenn du zu viel trainierst, kriegt dein Körper nicht ausreichend Regeneration und die Muskulatur wächst nicht bzw. in einer Diät wird diese verbrannt. Versuche lieber etwas weniger Übungen zu machen, aber dafür intensiv. Statt 3 Stunden den Bizeps mit x verschieden Übungen in jeglichem Winkel zu trainieren. Ich habe letzte Woche von 5x die Woche Training auf 4x reduziert und habe mich viel fitter im Gym gefühlt. Es fällt mir zwar schwer, aber ich werde dies wohl weiter beibehalten. Morning workout took a little to post. This workout lowered my anxiety about presenting to a manageable level. I am not a presenter. I am a teacher. I like to talk for 5 minutes and then let people work with things. Reizen maakt me gelukkig, maar weer thuis met m’n eigen routine maakt me ook happy! 💫 Lekker sporten, productief zijn, werken aan mn doelen, gezond eten en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Op vakantie laat ik vaak allemaal even los wat ervoor zorgt dat ik nu weer extra gemotiveerd ben! Laat die smoothiebowls, workouts, havermoutjes en productieve dagen maar komen 🙏🏼 Mijn volgende trip is trouwens een sportvakantie in Benidorm waar ik leuke content ga schieten!! When you’re not happy about the progress you’re making, do you blame your genetics, or do you look at the total amount of effort you are putting in? While the cards you were dealt do put a limit on your potential, surely it is no reason to become envious and stop working hard. - In life, do you blame your background/ upbringing for your shortfalls and inadequacies or do you look at what YOU can do to influence your outcome given the opportunities you have. I personally believe in equality of opportunity over this silly notion of equality of outcome (which is impossible to achieve). The same way I believe everyone should have the ability to reach their full potential even though everyone’s potential is going to be different. - What do you think? 🤔 #ipromiseiwontgetpolitical

With most challenges that come our way, we have a choice, to either push them down farther along our journey and face them then, or to face them upfront and tackle them immediately. . . Procrastination gets us nowhere, eventually if we want to grow, we still have to overcome. Wouldn’t you rather do it now, instead of dread and stress over it cause you know it’s coming later? . .
