One of the things I get asked the most is: “How do I build my upper chest?”. 95% of people who ask this question simply need to change it to “how do I build my chest?”. It certainly isn’t often I look at a guy and say, “wow, great chest, but the upper portion needs improvement”. . I’ve said it many times before, yes, there are tricks and hacks. But it’s unlikely you (or I) are in the top bracket of truly plateaued individuals who need them. Yes, there certainly are ways to bias the Clavicular, Sternal or Costal fibres of your pec when performing a press or a fly. But if you’re not trying to isolate a particular portion of a muscle and your execution still sucks when just letting your body move in it’s most natural motor pattern, you’re going to be left wondering why that body part is still lagging. . Here is the thing, with relation to chest training in particular, if you can’t get on a bench press, flat cable fly or just stand there and contract your pecs hard (to the point you feel like you’re about to cramp) I hate to tell you, no amount of stupid ass ‘around the world flies’ (you should literally punch the face of the person who told you to do those) are going to help you. . So if you are someone who’s chest is a priority body part, next time someone tells you to fix it with an obscure exercise, tell them to fuck off, go find a mirror and stand there trying to touch the inside of your elbows together whilst squeezing your pecs, cause I promise it’s going to do you more good 😉 #protip #chestworkout

DUMBBELL BENCH - Having trouble growing your chest?😅 • This movement has been a staple exercise for me these past two years in order to help me build my chest • Now for me chest wasn’t never one of my big weaknesses however my upper chest was always lacking😅 • As soon as I made the change to dumbbell bench my chest began growing like crazy • As I got stronger and stronger my chest grew like crazy!🤯 • If done properly dumbbell bench is probably the best exercise you can do for chest • It allows you to get a full stretch on the pecks at the bottom of the rep and at the top your squeezing the pecks together as much as possible • This full range of motion combined with increasing volume over time will guarantee growth in your chest🔥 • Still having trouble building a big strong chest? • The next thing I’d recommend is increasing your frequency! • By that I mean you need to start hitting chest or doing this exercise 2-3times a week!🤓 • Implementing these to not only your chest but your workout routine in general will really spark muscle growth like never before💪🏼 • If you need help finding a program that does this for you or want help implementing these things into your workouts then shoot me a DM🔥📲

Sorry for the repost if you already liked it.. 😩. I have never in my life had so much trouble with a post. This post is different. Consider it an appreciation post to Pash as well as a snippet into how dorky I am. Typically I cut the videos so my personality doesn’t shine through since we all know I stay goofing off 😂. I also struggled with the first clip but this post isn’t about me as much as it is about how much I appreciate Pash and his energy. I’m friendly to everyone but I don’t let too many people in, I protect my heart and my energy which makes my friendship with pasha that much more valuable. It’s so important to vibe with and trust your trainer to be successful. In the average week Pasha and I bicker, laugh at and with each other, we pick on each other (he picks on me), we egg each other on, we gas each other up. We have good days and bad days. We’re family though, and most importantly we love, support, and encourage each other. That’s what it’s all about. I appreciate you, and all the time, energy, and encouragement you funnel into me! As I was learning this movement, many people would ask me “what happens if you fall?” My reply to them was “that thought never even crossed my mind”. If we go in to these exercises, or rather any aspect of life already afraid that we are going to fail, that’s most likely what is going to happen. PUSH UPS: If normal push ups are too easy, there are so many variations you can try. I like to use dumbbells to increase my range of motion. Also by angling them, you can work on balance. Do explosive reps for endurance and slow/controlled reps for building muscle.

I just turned 19 today and can’t be happier with how far I’ve come. I’ve been lifting for 4 years now but I still have a long way to go. If you aren’t satisfied with your fitness results, you probably haven’t been lifting very long. Building muscle takes time and truly understanding what a mind to muscle connection is, takes even longer. So don’t rush it, enjoy the process. You need to learn to love the gym. If I’ve learned one thing, it’s that consistency = results.
