    I’ve not shared much of my own training other than on my daily insta story recently, mainly cause I’m too busy obsessing over my amazing clients and friends who regularly steal the show these days πŸ€©πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

    Anyhow, one of my favourite leg days (and yes there is not JUST legs in my leg days πŸ€“πŸ’πŸ»‍♀️) entails:
    -
    πŸ”₯ 5x5 barbell back squats
    πŸ”₯ 5x10 barbell OH press
    πŸ”₯ 4 sets barbell front squats
    πŸ”₯ 4 sets lying hamstring curl
    πŸ”₯ 4 sets barbell OH squat
    πŸ”₯ 4 sets DB chest press
    πŸ”₯ 4 sets adductor machine

    For myself I mix powerlifting and bodybuilding approaches as I enjoy both, and I get results in strength and physique areas with it πŸ˜‡! Also can’t go wrong with a bit of volume 😁πŸ’ͺ🏻✨ -

    If you would like to get a bit more squat savvy, have your technique checked, or get comfy working with a barbell in general give me a DM πŸ€“πŸ€—

    PS back squats in video weren’t my best as filmed set 5/5 i.e. strugglebus set - which really is where you should film to improve flaws in technique πŸ™‚πŸ‘πŸΌ

    There’s TWO WAYS to look at a Monday.
    βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–
    1. you can be pissed, stressed, hate it and let it conquer you.
    βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–
    2. You can brainstorm, plan, attack, and EXECUTE, and make your vision a reality.
    βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–
    To those of you who thinks that this is only about fitness or looking good, it isn’t, please keep following because my message is this; “Everything that you do and have in life is made up of how you react to ANY given situation or opportunity. Some people take advantage of this, and they get called lucky by people who are lazy. A lot of finger pointing going on in this world and I do not want to be a part of it unless it is done in an uplifting manner.” I personally like the second way best because the first is not an option anymore. When my day comes I do not want to look back on a life that I regret. Opportunities that I didn’t take. People that I didn’t help and that lived in fear. I will not let this happen and neither should you, so go kick this Monday in the ass!✌️

  • MONDAY is always CHEST DAY! It& #039 ;s classic but it makes you feel powerful and puts you in such a good mood when you& #039 ;ve smashed all your sets with max weight. Still not lifting as heavy as I could before but in time 😌
