Not as cool as Voltron LEGO though.⠀ ⠀ This whole process did make me think about a low budget IGTV skit with the working title of "Avengers Assemble (IKEA furniture)"

I cooked 40 grams of oats and 15 grams of chia seeds in some water (you could do over night oats with these two as well I just forgot) and half of a smashed banana. You could also cook this in your favorite plant based milk but I wanted to save some calories for the toppings lol. I just crushed up 15 grams of pistachios and some blueberries that I heated up to create a little natural syrup! So good! So filling! So pretty!

Perché ci sono sempre profili nuovi che iniziano e seguirmi e quindi non conoscono la mia storia e 2. per ricordare a me stessa quanta strada ho fatto! . Faccio questo post per tutte quelle persone che mi chiedono costantemente “come hai fatto?! Dove hai trovato la forza?! Cosa hai mangiato?! Quali integratori miracolosi hai preso?!” . Purtroppo non esistono pillole magiche che vi faranno cambiare senza fare sacrifici o per lo meno senza volerlo davvero! . Ieri mi ha iniziato a seguire un profilo che proponeva a 39€ un programma per dimagrire in un mese senza fare sforzi ma solo bevendo questa buonissima miscela! Beh, io ho segnalato quel profilo e come quelli ce ne sono tanti, non fatevi ingannare da chi vi dice che è dimagrito assumendo beveroni o altre “pozioni magiche” , imponetevi e non fatevi fregare da queste stronzate (scusate il francesismo!) 🤦🏽‍♀️ . L’unica soluzione per cambiare voi stessi è METTERVI IN GIOCO! . Volete davvero cambiare?! Allora INIZIATE A PRENDERVI CURA di voi stessi ma non per un mese o due ma iniziate ad amarvi ogni giorno, per sempre! . Il volersi bene (fisicamente e mentalmente ) non ha un inizio e una fine, è un percorso lungo, lunghissimo, vi sembrerà di non trovare mai la fine a quel tunnel infinito ma arriverà quel giorno dove vi sentirete bene con il vostro corpo, non solo per i chili persi ma per l’autostima che riacquisterete! . Non vedrete più il cibo come “la dieta” ma imparerete ad amarvi sempre di più capendo cos’è più giusto per voi. . Ci saranno persone pronte a criticarvi o a dirvi che non ne vale la pena o che il cibo è la cosa più bella del mondo e non si può rinunciare a tanta bontà; voi non dovrete mai e dico mai rinunciare al cibo ma imparare a fare scelte giuste per il vostro corpo✨ .
