This week has been tough. The change in weather has had me feeling some type of way since Monday.
Of course I was out of my greens and Micro Factor when I got sick. Coincidence??🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Anyways. Got re stocked. I’ve been on Suddafed/Zicam/NyQuil but now hopefully this stuff will go away!
Did a quick 30 minutes of Cardio with Hoodie/sweatpants and toboggan to try and sweat some and sweat it out! Going to get up early before work and go get in the sauna and possibly some more cardio. I need this to be over so I can get back to my routine!
