This recipe can also be made with almond butter, cashew butter, coconut butter etc. make it: (I don’t measure anything) In a bowl, mix peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, flax seed and honey is optional! I switched from bodybuilding to CrossFit roughly 6 months ago and started a bulking cycle at that time. I had concerns that in doing CrossFit, I would lose strength, muscle mass, and physique. It turns out that I was very wrong. I& #039;ve jumped from 181lbs to 194lbs while staying relatively lean, my three major lifts (Squat, deadlift, bench press) have jumped from 315lbs-400lbs, 300lbs-400lbs, and 225lbs to 300lbs respectively, and I am in the best shape I& #039;ve been in. What& #039;s that argument people love to throw around ? "CrossFit makes you lose muscle and strength!". I beg to differ.

Preworkout👉🏼 Though a POSTworkout meal is obviously important, a solid PREworkout meal is almost MORE important. Training fasted has shown to reduce performance thus if max performance is your goal, eating pre is a must. Protein (PRO) ingestion will stimulate MPS therefore, preworkout PRO can have you reduce rates of proteolysis (protein breakdown) & switch you from a net catabolic state to an anabolic one before lifting. Carb (CHO) ingestion preworkout has shown to enhance performance mainly by increasing blood glucose, insulin & glycogen thus, the addition of CHO to the aforementioned PRO is highly advised. How much? The optimal amount of CHO & PRO preworkout is dependent on many factors however general guidelines recommend eating ~1–2g CHO/kg & 0.15–0.25g PRO/kg within ‪1-3hrs‬ preworkout ideally from easily digestible foods that DON’T slow down gastric emptying eg. fat & fibre.

Post workout👉🏼 Though there HAS been shown to be a postworkout “anabolic window” to quickly reverse catabolism & promote recovery, this only applies in the absence of a preworkout meal i.e. eating ASAP postworkout is only important for those who train fasted. HOWEVER, as you have followed the above guidelines, you will still have amino acids in your system thus, as long as you eat within a ~2hr period postworkout you can still maximise that “anabolic window”. Even if you miss the ~2hr window, total DAILY protein intake is MOST important as exercise induced MPS stays elevated for up to 48hrs postworkout. What to eat? PRO first, ideally 25-40g high quality. The addition of CHO is then optional however not necessary as, weight training doesn’t seem to deplete glycogen to sig. amounts requiring immediate glycogen repletion. ‼️Minha opinião ‼️ . . Anticoncepcional é uma pílula do “The monio” que veio pra te dar a liberdade de saber quando a sua menstruação vai vir e te dar o poder de decidir quando você vai engravidar, ou não. Maravilhoso né? Mas o que ninguém conta é o preço que você vai pagar por essa “liberdade”! Há dois anos eu não tomo mais pílula com o despertador do celular e nem fico mais desesperada porque “esqueci!”, aí tomava 2 comprimidos e rezava pra dar tudo certo (quase sempre!) 🤔 E fiquei super insegura com essa decisão porque ter filhos ainda não está no meu plano de vida, mas não gostava, não me sentia bem e por conta própria eu parei, simples assim... um dia acordei e disse: “vou tomar mais não, fod🧘🏼‍♀️-s‼️” E sim, foi a melhor decisão que já tomei. A minha vida mudou, em vários aspectos e sei que muitas mulheres tem dúvidas sobre isso...ngm fala, pois então: 👉🏼 Com pílula: sensação de menopausa química, inchaço, desânimo, cansaço, dor nas pernas, dor de cabeça, baixa libido, dificuldade de ganhar massa muscular, perder peso e celulite 👀 . . 👉🏼Sem: melhorei isso tudo aí em cima, mas a adaptação ao “novo” não foi fácil. Foram 3 meses com o rosto pipocado de espinhas (claro, meu corpo tava começando a funcionar naturalmente 😅), passei a ter cólica no primeiro dia, e uma TPM bizarra, com ataques de bipolaridade (faz parte!😈😇). No meu caso os prós superaram os contras e eu não voltaria a tomar pílula nunca mais. Principalmente em relação ao meu corpo, com o ganho de massa magra e a perda de gordura significativa, e isso já é motivo suficiente para não querer continuar me maltratando... E a gente poderia falar muito mais, mas não cabe tudo aqui. Meu objetivo é sempre passar a informação e deixar que você reflita e faça a melhor escolha pra você. Existem muitos outros métodos contraceptivos para evitar a gravidez, você não precisa se “maltratar” apenas porque não quer uma gravidez surpresa!
