  • Ditching the dumbbells and building serious strength. The bent arm handstand press. Why learn this skill?
    A) Visually a cool way to enter the handstand instead of just kicking up
    B) It builds a tremendous amount of strength in the shoulders which will one day carry over to the handstand push up.
    C) Why the heck not!
    Tip👉Using the yoga blocks to lean your head on for support as well as setting up in front of the wall as I have here will make this exercise much easier. Gradually reducing the height of the boxes and removing the wall will increase the difficulty of the movement.
    I could get about 4 clean reps per set with a nice controlled negative before reaching fatigue. Working hard and getting stronger every day💪💪
