    1️⃣leg press - 6 Sets of 20 reps (start with 1 plate each side then add up 45 plate each set. I ended up with 5 till i got my 20.
    2️⃣Squats - 5 Sets SuperSet with ➡️ Elevated heel dumbbell Squats 8 reps
    3️⃣leg extensions 4 sets of 14 SuperSet with ➡️ hamstring contractions 10 of then Squeeze that 💩 and feel the 🔥.
    4️⃣leg curls 4 sets of 14 SuperSet with ➡️ Quad contractions 10 sec hold 4 sets
    5️⃣Calves - 4 sets .
    Hit it right and heavy and get that disrespectful Pump 👌🏼
