    Sunday morning brekkie bowl with loads of berries cause you gotta enjoy them while you still can. I mixed some soy yogurt with blueberries and topped it with more berries, quinoa puffs, cinnamon and a few chopped nuts. So easy, anyone could make this. What did you have today?

    This would of looked way better if I had crafted that sexy smoothie look when it’s running down the glass for the Insta shot but I’m actually just not that cool, and it’s also very messy, so just a standard smoothie pic today 😂
    To make a really satisfying smoothie that sustains you for hours and supports good energy, add some healthy fats and complete protein and try to keep the sugars to a minimum. Smoothies aren’t always an everyday breakfast but if we use these principles at breakfast time, we are often less likely to crave sugar/ refined carbohydrates throughout the day. 💚Coconut milk
