  • 🍴Ao contrário de muitas “dietas” onde se dá muito ênfase ao que evitar comer e alimentos proibidos, eu gosto de me basear em Celebrar os alimentos reais que incluo diariamente no meu prato 😌 Foi neste âmbito que cheguei até a Macrobiótica e aprendi a construir um prato equilibrado e adequado às minhas necessidades, ao clima e geografia. Mas o que deve estar então num prato? 40-60% de cereais integrais em grão (desde arroz integral, cevada,millet, trigo sarraceno, quinoa ou derivados como massas, bulgur...) Sopa 1-2 vezes ao dia, 20-30% vegetais (para além das sopas) e 5-15% de leguminosas (grão, feijão, lentilhas ... ou derivados como tofu, seitan, tempeh) e algas. Com base nas necessidades individuais ou estado de saúde/doença de cada pessoa podemos ainda incluir: sementes, frutos da estação, peixe (branco), óleos e temperos. Basta dar aso a nossa imaginação e pôr as mãos na massa 💪 👩🏻‍🍳 EN🍴 Unlike many "diets" where there’s much emphasis on forbidden foods, I like to base myself on Celebrating the real foods I include daily in my dish 😌 It was within this scope that I got to Macrobiotics and learned to build a balanced dish and adequate to my needs, climate and geography. But what should be on a plate? 40-60% whole grains (from brown rice, barley, millet, buckwheat, quinoa or derivatives such as pasta, bulgur ...) Soup 1-2 times a day, 20-30% vegetables (in addition to soups ) and 5-15% legumes (grain, beans, lentils ... or derivatives such as tofu, seitan, tempeh) and algae. Based on the individual needs or state of health / illness of each person we can also include: seeds, season fruits, fish (white), oils and seasonings.   • Wednesday already?! Anyone else feeling the time whizzing by? The times it hits me most is when I glance at old photos or just hanging out with my kiddos and realize 4 of the 7 are now adults! I love every stage of being a mom, but man! Sometimes I get sappy for times gone by when they were little and their biggest stresses involved lost stuffed animals or a favorite blanket......sigh. so here& #039 ;s our Emmie Doll, a simple baby doll with a few accessories for play. These gals stay small forever.😊 (find her in our Etsy shop or @dandelionwaymarket )
