Stretchhhhhhh! My hamstrings are so tight and my booty SORE from yesterday’s leg workout. Today was supposed to be a rest day, but, it was also #thebigsweat! I let myself sleep in a little today, woke up, stretched it out, drank my energize and hit play on Hard Corp Cardio 1 and Shift Core from Shift Shop! Neither video included weights and I got in a light cardio and core session for myself in 40 minutes! My muscles were sore but I took the videos at my pace.. I don’t know about you, but I’ve never regretted putting in a little extra work! Tomorrow will be a full on rest day minus my walk with my pupper and I cannot waitttttt to rest and get started on week 6! It’s not too late to join me! My next challenge group starts at the end of the month and I’ve already got some excited friends ready to join me! What’s stopping you???
