    it’s a beautiful day to dooooo abaroooooos 😅 hitting you with some of my current fave ab exercises you can do anywhere 🙌🏼 don’t forget to double tap and support your girl 💗complete these as a circuit or toss them into any of your workouts wooohoooo

    1️⃣ crunch complex | single leg, both, single! Squeeze tight at the top of the crunch. 20 reps hehe

    2️⃣ side plank with rotation. 10-12 reps each side

    3️⃣ 10 each side | alternating arm and leg v-up crunch

    4️⃣ 10 reps | really pull your pelvis up to target your lower abs. Hold a hollow hold throughout the entire movement

    CIRCUIT 1! 6:30 minutes as many times as you can. •15 push ups (yes I am doing modified one, and that& #039 ;s totally chill because I& #039 ;ll work up to normal ones!) • 15 leg lifts • 15 toe touches • 30 second plank

    CIRCUIT 2! 6:30 minutes as many times as you can • 15 lay down push ups • 15 straight leg sit ups • 15 tricep dips • 30 bicycle abs (15 each side) *
    Repeat each circuit twice! 💪🏼 you can do it!!💞
