Heute war ich mal nicht laufen, sondern habe noch etwas Dresden erkundet und bin jetzt schon fast wieder auf den Heimweg 🚞. I haven’t posted for a while...I’ve been doing some thinking, we all need to step back from time to time, concentrate on ‘me’ πŸ‘ŒπŸ» I always do my best ‘reflections’ whilst working out, shut off from the world and just my thoughts.... πŸ’πŸΌ‍β™‚οΈπŸ€” I have never been one to follow the crowd, I’ve always looked at the way things have ‘always been done’ and wanted to find a way, MY WAY of doing things, so far, it’s worked out pretty well, especially when it came to my own health and fitness! πŸ’ͺ🏻 It’s coming up to a year when I decided to branch out and start my online coaching business, it enabled me to reach out to people from all over the globe, help my clients workout all week long as well as at my classes and also make new connections with people who otherwise I would never have the chance! πŸ˜πŸ‘ŒπŸ» In my journey as both a mentor and whilst using the online programmes myself I’ve discovered that it’s not just about slogging your guts out and eating strict diets, after all, nobody will do that for their entire life 🀷🏼‍♂️ I discovered what a lot of people are always scared of at 1st.... I discovered I want to be different.... I also discovered a lot of scepticism too....but isn’t that always the case when you step out of the conventional πŸ’πŸΌ‍♂️ This last year, I’ve also discovered an amazing bunch of people, who, like me, have found their ‘perfect fit’ for a healthier lifestyle πŸ™ŒπŸ» We may be the 1st.....but I’m pretty sure we won’t be the minority pretty soon.... πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Took two days off from the weights & just did some outdoor cardio buttttt it feels like I haven’t been in the gym for years, so gonna hit a leg day today and some cardio outdoorsπŸ’ͺ🏽 . . . This superset is from my last leg day & it was a killer! . . 1️⃣Single leg elevated squat w barbell superset with 2️⃣elevated curtsy lunge . 4x15/20 for each leg to reallllly feel the burnπŸ‘ . hello there. Been busy w/ the new job and moving in to my first place. I’m excited to share how I mange my time, organize my life, & hopefully motivate u all to incorporate some kinda physical activity throughout your day despite ur schedule. . A frequent question i get asked is how I make time for the gym 5ish days a week. Despite being a student and having a demanding job. I honestly just make time for it. When I have busy weeks I plan out the time I’m going to gym and I follow through with the promise I make to myself 85% of the time (bc I’m human). . Frequently many people r caught up in not cancelling on others and instead cancel on themselves. Make a commitment to put yourself first every now and then. Keep ur promises. Don’t bail on urself. There are just few things you hv to keep in mind when approaching your workout!!! - Pre-workout : first make sure you consume protein 1-2 h before your workout,so that you have it in your system which makes sure your muscles are ,protected "!! - Carbs are not our enemy πŸ˜›(kidding) I mean they are important too,since they deliver energy & boost ur performance in gym!! So go ahead and take simple carb sources like fruit/dried fruits etc - Post-workout: there is no real,,anabolic window "in which you hv to get your post workout protein in,but minimum 1-2 h after your workout you got go munching - Again carbs & protein are ur friends but if there is fat source involved as well,the magic nutrition won& #039;t punish you either πŸ˜‰!! - That& #039;s why smoothie are so amazing!!😍 so quick (5 to 10 min)to made & soo easy (just mixed all ingredients n blend it))& yummy πŸ˜‹ toooooooo 🍌πŸ₯₯πŸ“πŸ‡πŸ₯›πŸ₯£ #fitnessjourney #fitspiration #yogachallenge #yogafit #yogaflows #yogapractice #yogalifestyle #trainhard #trainharder #blogger #bloggerstyle #instainspo
