    front/lateral banded walks: again- little band, big burn.
    i use these as apart of my warm up, but the fire it lights up in your ass is not one to waste.
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    when performing them, you are looking to move forward, but take your time. soften your knees and think about taking lateral steps out, that just move forward inch-by-inch with each step, rather than big steps ahead.
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    add these into a superset following split squats, RDL’s, walking lunges, etc, to get that absolute burn in your lower bod.

Happy Wednesday!!! *modification for this would be to do regular mountain climbers to the side of the suspension trainer and to take our push-up to our knees here.
