Life is about taking risks✨. I find it really important to just try things out and to just do it. The worst thing that can happen is that it doesn’t work🤷🏼‍♀️. But at least you tried it and you won’t ever regret to haven’t done something. You have so many opportunities in life that you just cannot take if you aren’t brave enough to try new things out🌸. - I know sometimes its difficult to step out of your comfort zone. And I have been at that point in my life were I just did nothing because I was scared it could go wrong. But I learned stepping out of my comfort zone a little bit more (still trying to push myself more). - I get messages where girls tell me they are afraid to go to the gym because they are afraid of doing exercises wrong. And I totally understand that, but if you don’t try it you won’t be able to that what you want❤️. - My tip would be to look at videos how to do the exercises👩🏽‍💻, maybe try the exercise at home with no weight☝🏼, then put your hair up in a ponytail👱🏼‍♀️, put in music that motivates you🎧, go to the gym👣, ignore everybody💁🏼‍♀️ and smash your workout🏋🏼‍♀️! - No body really cares if you do something a little wrong, everybody had a first time at the gym and nobody starts like a pro! Flashing it back to Peru and my hotel room workouts. Going through serious withdrawals from that trip. Such an amazing place! 😩 🇵🇪 . Side note these hotel workouts lasted for about the first 4 days then I just decided I was on vacation and my body deserved a massive break. I walked daily but I can’t tell you how good it felt to just chiiiiiill for a while. 💙

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. Gluten free, grain free, almost added sugar free (the chocolate chips have some). These are one of my favorite sweet treats to make. They are super easy and a great way to use up some old bananas 🍌 . . All you have to do to make these muffins is throw all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a blender and pour it in a muffin tin. Top with a few chocolate chips. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes. Each muffin has around 100 calories if you make 24 of them. A lot of these calories come from the peanut butter. You could certainly get creative and come up with some ways to reduce the amount of peanut butter if you are interested in being more calorie conscious. There are other nut/seed butters that are lower calorie but more expensive. . . Give these a try next time you have some bananas that are about to go bad. Make sure you understand that while these use healthier ingredients they are still very easy to overeat. You need to be cautious you stay within your goals. Because they are mini muffins, it is super easy to just pop them in your mouth mindlessly. Just because they use bananas and peanut butter as the main ingredients doesn’t make them “healthy”. Make sure you are aware of how these fit into your own personal equation of calorie balance!! . .
